As I understand it there is a FL meeting tomorrow at which our
license/membership should be confirmed, and that's when we can start
buying/selling players etc.  That's why I put tomorrow (afternoon/eve) as
the time we can start trading.

As I said, I am hoping it's just a formality because Port Vale's chairman
was whingeing today about it being so unfair that we lost 10 points last
season and came out of admin paying only 1p in the pound cos they had to pay
41p (or something)!  Poor diddums, does-e want us to get Robbie-wobbie
Williams to give you some more money?  The idiot.
