Which would have been the case whoever bought the club from the administrators - correct?
It was the process of going into admin which left the 'golden share' up in the air? Luckily the league have transferred this golden share to new owners of all previous clubs who went into admin so I don't see why this time will be any different. Football had all its debts paid after all. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of RickD Sent: 06 June 2007 11:26 To: leedslist Subject: Re: [LU] For anyone feeling remotely disenfranchised This time is different. This time the 1920 company itself has gone. That is why the Football Leagues agreement to the transfer of the "golden share" is critical. If the golden share is what makes something a football club, then right now there isn't a LU football club as I understand it. Please correct me if I am wrong in this. _______________________________________________ the Leeds List is an unmoderated mailing list and the list administrators accept no liability for the personal views and opinions of contributors.
