I'm sorry, the money for the teenagers was due to the fact they have their
whole careers ahead of them, and the fact that Chelsea didn't want any kind
of court case for poaching because they had already been done for that
before and risked possible points deductions.

Healy has spent his whole career to date playing at below top level domestic
football.  If he was THAT good he would have been playing in the prem by
now.

And remember that Kewell only went for £5mil, he was a proven top level and
international goal scorer, went to Liverpool, the Bosman ruling still hadn't
kicked in fully and was very young and therefore (in theory) had his best
days ahead of him.

How much did we, then a championship side, pay for this international
goalscorer when we bought him?
