it's the small matter of being seen to publish illegal material. If anyone complains, the "publisher" must react quickly to mitigate the risk and avoiding adding to any illegality. This might sound over-dramatic and drastic to you but over here we have had people arrested for wearing politically incorrect T shirts, especially within the proscribed areas in central London. Welcome to Tony/ Eric Blair's world. The crap that was posted yesterday affects the list inasmuchas a complainant might ask the ISP to take the list down and might easily report the matter to the Police. If the list was taken down by an ISP, it might be difficult to secure alternative hosting arrangements, given the present circumstances and the general perception of Leeds United fans (at least in some quarters). So for anyone who thinks this matter is a storm in a teacup, or a bit of a giggle, think on. Dunderhead
