I have made the list archives private until such time as I can get help from zetnet to remove the offending postings (ie all of yesterday and today's stuff from those people involved in anything that might get us closed down and me in court).
The Mail Archive records will be the hardest to remove. In the interim if you have these postings on a work computer/email account I would remove them forthwith I have sent Rob Woodmansey a copy of Colin's legal explanation and (based on on and off list comment I've seen today) I've told him that he will not be welcome back here in the future. I don't think there's much more we can do.
