Jim The problem would have been (might yet be) if not all advance applications were successfully processed before the ST and members buy another three each, particularly if the advance applicants were left with only the most expensive tickets.
Likewise, the advance applicants (both ST and members) seem to have received less regard to their seating preference (expressed many days prior) than that afforded to personal purchasers at the TO. The declared intention to close the TO last Friday appeared to be the time when advance applications would be processed, which would have been rather a good idea IMO. I also think that the Purchase Confirmation messages now being sent out should give seat allocation details and price paid, as a minimum.
