The problem would have been (might yet be) if not all advance applications
were successfully processed before the ST and members buy another three
each, particularly if the advance applicants were left with only the most
expensive tickets. 

Likewise, the advance applicants (both ST and members) seem to have received
less regard to their seating preference (expressed many days prior) than
that afforded to personal purchasers at the TO.

The declared intention to close the TO last Friday appeared to be the time
when advance applications would be processed, which would have been rather a
good idea IMO.

I also think that the Purchase Confirmation messages now being sent out
should give seat allocation details and price paid, as a minimum.
