ADVICE = SUBSCRIBE (for the commentary)
The commentary these days is clear reliable and always there. less
than a quid a match seems terrifically worth having to me. There are
fewer and fewer places commentary can be found elsewhere, certainly
not for free, even the undernet is quiet (and tends to be comms free
by and large since we're all listening to eddie gray/peter lorimer
ourselves).
Personally, I've never bothered much with the TV bit, it takes too
long to download or the live streaming is crap (I know that's probably
my fault rather than theirs). I did enjoy the 'we have got to zero
baby' last yer and would show the boy occasional bits to kindle the
interest, give him tales of Beckford goals etc to take to school.
You might even find that your son and yourself will be able to log in
using the same user id and password at the same time on separate pcs -
give it a try.

BUT MAC
does still seem to present some issue. One mircer last week seemed to
be having trouble getting comms, not sure that he resolved it either.
In the FAQ it does say:
As Microsoft Digital Rights Management (DRM) licence system is not
fully supported on Mac OS, some limitations apply to MAC users, most
specifically the ability to download clips is not available. This
means that MAC users of this service should ensure they have sufficent
bandwidth to stream the clips used.

THE TV BIT
for the record just started a download of the 19 mins scunthrope
highlights 20 mins ago. 8% complete 3 hrs 59 mins to go.
Watching the shoter live stream highlights scunny and chester I was
getting a frame refresh every several (3 to 12 seconds or so).
continuous sound mind.

HELP REQUESTED
