We won nine consecutive home games in the league in the last promotion season,
1989/90. From beating Swindon 4-0 on August 23rd to the 3-0 win over Brighton
on December 16th.

Well another 3 points and that is all that counts !!
We also equalled the 7 straight home wins which we achieved under O'Leary -
is this record just the best for ten years or is it as the website implies the
best ever ? Just find it hard to believe that we have never done better than 7
straight home wins under Revie or maybe Wilko ?
