Apple users are smug for a good reason. If some inverse snobbery is holding
you back from joining them then you're cheating yourself.

On user experience and reliability their products have few equals. They're
less hackable, and Apple don't play "count the features", so a certain
strain of geek is allergic to them.

I'm already smitten by my shiny new iPad.
