In Melbourne, a group of organisations and activists have come together to form Solidarity for Peoples' Democracy in Malaysia, to respond to such government crackdowns on activists in Malaysia and to organise actions/campaigns here in Melbourne in solidarity with the Malaysian democracy movement.
