Hi,
A Rally is being organised for Thursday 10th December to protest about the
recent behaviour of the Banks - increased fees, excessive profits, branch
closures and job losses etc.
The rally will start at noon in the Bourke St Mall, Melbourne between the
GPO and Myers, and will march on the head offices of each of the four major
banks.
This event is being organised by Nick Nicholls. Although Nick was an
Australian Democrat candidate at the last Federal election, this is not a
Democrat rally - he has organised it off his own bat after becoming angry at
the latest round of bank fee increases.
Please ask supporters to gather in the mall and show the Banks what we think
of them.
