People are paid to read them all and filter out "campaign submissions". Of course that does not prevent this group from either putting in a submission or workshopping our individual submissions. Failing this we could just discuss the GST. Submissions are to be in by 29 January 1999 so there is not much time. Do we have the motivation and energy to tell the Government that the GST has problems?
