As American cruise missiles rain down on Yugoslavia, and 100,000's of
ordinary people are turned into refugees overnight, many urgent questions
are being raised.
*Why is NATO intervening?
* Why does the Balkans always seem to be in turmoil?
* Should we support the Kosovars?
* How, at the end of the 20th century, can war once more be raging in the
heart of Europe?
