US/NATO claim to be acting on behalf of the Kosova Albanians in a
humanitarian capacity. Nothing could be further from the truth. The
military campaign against Milosevic has only strengthened his national
chauvinist regime and made the Kosova Albanians more vulnerable.
The real intention behind the US/NATO aggression is to maintain the current
balance of power in Europe. All Western powers are against Kosovan
independence. This war aims to both "put Milosevic in his place" and disarm
the Kosovan liberation movement.
It's about time that people took a stand against the blatant aggression of
the US and its allies (including the Australian government). First they
destroyed Iraq under the guise of a humanitarian mission on behalf of
Kuwait, now they aim to do the same in the Balkans.
STOP US/NATO AGGRESSION!
Demand an end to the Australian government support for the NATO war drive!
