Max Lane, writer, researcher and activist visited Indonesia last
month,
where he met with many grassroots political organisations and
student
action committees, who are currently involved in organising
street
protests being seen in Indonesia today. Max will examine in
post-Suharto
Indonesia the possibilities for radical social change,
specifically the
role of organisations like the People's Democratic Party (PRD),
whose
members remain imprisoned.
