Agreement reached with union , chamber of commerce and management yesterday on a range of issues including the issues of the Cliftton Hill 5. The five workers named would not be sacked . This agreement also included a number of items being referred to conciliation. Agreement walked away from this morning as ADC managers informed the union that they could not sign agreement reached yesterday ( Tuesday ) as lawyers advised them not to sign. Day 65
