>
Yesterday and for the last 66 days many hundreds of workers, residents,
students held demonstrations to support the 24 hour peaceful assembly in
front of the ADC factory. These demonstrations gave encouragement to the
union workers, and no scabs got into the factory! Radio 3CR as always did
live coverage of the dispute to keep supporters informed.
Breakfast was served at the protest from 6am by Food not Scabs. Others
donated food, drinks, musical skills to keep the workers and their
supporters going.
The Australian Government and their industrial laws which attack unions and
workers have had another set back.
