Raising our Voices is a radio program about housing and other issues,
produced by people with disabilities. It goes to air at 6pm every 4th
Wednesday, on 3CR-- 855 on your radio dial.
The next Raising our Voices show goes to air on Wednesday June 2nd.
On the show, 2 self-advocates-- Janice Slattery and Doug Pentland-- talk
about the recent National Council on Intellectual Disability conference.
Janice, along with several other people with disabilities, spoke at the
conference; Doug supported another self-advocate in her presentation.
Interviewers for the show are Jane Neubecker, Luke Stone and Ray Groves.
Music is by Big Bag, a Geelong-based band featuring people with
intellectual disabilities.
