This seminar builds on the union strategies developed interstate, the
legal and organising experiences. The latest HSU decision is a key.
Working with the current issues to build and win campaigns is
important.. Current issues faced by workes and their unions will combine
both legal and organising analysis.
ACTU Officer Suzie Jones; Josh Borstein lawyer ; Don Sutherland TUTA are
conducting the day's seminar.
