Professor Ainura Elebaeva is a specialist in inter-ethnic relations and
conflict resolution in Central Asia. She is the Deputy Rector (Academic)
at the International University of Kyrgyzstan and a professor in
sociology at the Kygyz National University. She will be speaking on a
successful example of ethnic conflict-resolution in Central Asia that
has wider implications and lessons for other regions currently
experiencing ethnic conflict   Her visit to Australia is sponsored by
the SOROS Foundation and Latrobe University School of Politics.
