Australia's Homosexual Histories Conference 2
Following on from the success of last year's national gay and lesbian
history conference, the Australian Lesbian and Gay Archives has decided to
repeat the experience.
The Conference will be held at Melbourne University over two days: Friday
November 19 and Saturday November 20 1999.
We are interested in papers from established academics, newer and younger
scholars and independent researchers from any discipline which address any
of the the various aspects of Australia's molly, camp, homosexual, gay,
lesbian, bisexual, tranny, queer histories.
Papers should be about twenty minutes long and there will be time for
questions and discussion in each session.
If you would like to offer a paper please send a synopsis of up to 100
words by 1 September to the conference organisers at PO Box 124, Parkville
3052 or email it to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Enquiries and requests to be put on the mailing list can also be made to
Graham Willett as above.
