A decision in Alison Thorne's Equal Opportunity case against Northern
Metropolitan Institute of TAFE (NMIT) is to be handed down at the Victorian
Civil and Administrative Appeals Tribunal at 3.15 pm Wednesday 25/8/95.
Melbourne Leftlinkers are urged to attend the court to show solidarity in
this important case of a Teacher Unionist sacked because of her effective
organising at NMIT.
The venue is the Victorian Civil and Administrative Appeals Tribunal (VCAT)
