Food cost woes for poor By EVE LAMB 1sep99 SIX per cent of Tasmanians are going without food because they can't afford to buy it, a major statewide survey has revealed. The Healthy Communities Survey released by Health Minister Judy Jackson yesterday also shows that one in every 10 Tasmanian adults worry that they will not be able to afford enough food.
