Who was Leon Trotsky? What role did he play in the Russian Revolution and
the defeat of the invading White Armies? How did he explain emerging
bureaucracy in the Soviet Union and the rise of fascism in Germany? And what
solutions did he propose? Why was he murdered by Stalin in 1940? And what is
the significance of his ideas for turn of the century rabble rousers? These
issues will be addressed in a feature presentation by Trotskyist feminist,
Debbie Brennan. Come along and join in the lively discussion.
Delicious Russian dinner served at 6.15 pm for a $6 donation. Meeting
