You are invited to the 5th Hegel Seminar to be held at Melbourne Uni since
February 1998, to be held as part of the University's Summer School on
Friday 18th - Saturday 19th February 2000.

The seminar will give participants an understanding of Hegel's Logic and
his political theory, allow participants to become familiar with his
critical method and discuss critiques of Hegel by Karl Marx and Jacques
Derrida.
The seminar will include 4 talks, general discussion and group work. It is
open to the public and no previous knowledge of Hegel is required. The
presenters will be Andy Blunden and Geoff Boucher.
The cost is $60 and participants will receive a CD with all Hegel's major
works and supporting material (or some printed material, if preferred) and
light refreshments will be provided during morning and afternoon breaks.
