Gracias. Por favor, ruego hacer copias y enviarlas a todo el mundo,
entregarlas ma�ana en los Consulados de Gran Breta�a y, especialmente,
enviar copia al Minstro Jack Straw. Perd�n por insistir. Perd�n por las
molestias, pero no estoy dispuesto a dejarlo escapar. S�lo quiero que
comparezca ante la Justicia par hacerle UN JUICIO JUSTO, NADA MAS, PERO
NADA MENOS.

We respectfully submit this letter to you to express our extreme pain and
anguish, as Chileans, as thousands of victims of torture and exile, and as
the families of the disappeared that continue waiting, day after day, to
find a humanitarian answer to our questions:
WHERE ARE OUR CHILDREN, MR. STRAW?
WHERE ARE OUR PARENTS, OUR BROTHERS?
WHERE ARE THEY MR. STRAW? WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THEM?
For years, we have suffered every day from the pain of having our loved
ones snatched away from us. It has been years since we have heard from
them, Mr.Straw. Were they tortured and killed? Were their bodies
destroyed by dynamite or were they thrown into the ocean?
Mr. Straw, it is daily torture for us to live without knowing, without
answers, without being able to recover their bodies for burial. And what
if some are still alive? Could there still be prisoners that remain in
some remote Chilean military garrison? Could there possibly be some still
alive, held by the Nazis, in Colonia Dignidad?
Mr. Straw, we beg you to allow the extradition of Augusto Pinochet Ugarte
to proceed on humanitarian grounds, so that he can respond to our questions
in the Spanish courts, where he will receive only the best medical care and
respect for his human rights.
Mr. Straw, please, end the suffering that still tortures our people.
Please, on humanitarian grounds, in the name of law and justice, allow the
extradition to proceed.

Carta Abierta al Excmo. Se�or Ministro del Reino Unido Mr. Jack Straw
Respetuosamente nos dirigimos a Usted para expresarle todo el dolor y
angustia nuestra, como chilenos, y de los miles de torturados y exiliados y
de los familiares de los detenidos desaparecidos que seguir�n d�a a d�a
esperando una respuesta humanitaria a sus preguntas:
�Donde est�n nuestros hijos, Mr. Straw?
�D�nde est�n nuestros padres, nuestros hermanos?
�D�nde est�n Mr. Straw? �Qu� les ha sucedido?
Hace ya muchos a�os que sufrimos cada d�a por el dolor de los que nos
fueron arrebatados. Hace muchos a�os que no sabemos de ellos, Mr Straw.
�Fueron torturados y asesinados? �Fueron dinamitados sus cuerpos o los
arrojaron al mar? Mr. Straw, es una tortura cada d�a sin saber, cada d�a
sin respuesta, cada d�a sin recuperar sus cuerpos para darles sepultura �
�Y si alguno estuviese vivo, todav�a? �Habr� alg�n prisionero, todav�a en
alguna lejana guarnici�n del Ej�rcito de Chile? �Quedar� alguno con vida en
Colonia Dignidad, en poder de los nazis?
Mr. Straw, por razones humanitarias le rogamos que conceda la extradici�n
del presunto genocida Augusto Pinochet Ugarte, para que responda a nuestras
preguntas, que le ser�n formuladas en Espa�a con todo respeto por sus
derechos Humanos y cuidado por su salud.
Mr Straw, por favor, termine con la tortura que esta sufriendo nuestra
gente. Por favor, por razones humanitarias, conceda la extradici�n en
nombre del Derecho y de la Justicia.
