The "Big Australian" BHP has been revealed as just another big bully in
industrial relations, attacking the right of workers to bargain
collectively in
order to cut jobs and reduce conditions. This dispute over individual
contracts has become a major test of strength between workers and their
employers. This forum will look at and discuss the lessons of the dispute.
