***** S11 ALLIANCE CONVERGENCE MEETING *****
THURSDAY 7 SEPTEMBER 6.30 PM

ALL WELCOME
S11 Alliance has organised an open convergence meeting for all those from
Melbourne, around Australia and beyond who want to find out what's been
planned so far for S11-13, share information, get to know each other, and
discuss any last minute plans or decisions needed.
The meeting is open to all and the planned agenda is:
* report backs from S11 alliance on plans for legal, first aid and other
blockade logistics, as well as reports on the planned speakers platforms
for S11-13
* discussion, information sharing about the report backs and other plans
for S11-13
* any motions or decisions will be dealt with at the end (note: any groups
or individuals wanting to table motions, if possible please bring them in
writing to the facilitators at the start of the meeting).
It is expected that the meeting will go for a couple of hours at most.
There will also be some space in the foyer of the hall for info stalls,
contact Nic: [EMAIL PROTECTED] if you want to set something up.
S11 alliance will have a stall with info on transport,
accommodation etc for people arriving in Melbourne.
