Coming at the end of "Refugee Week" this action will provide a much needed
public voice against the growing racist hysteria around refugees.
Particularly following the attacks on detained people in South Australia
this issue has shown it will not go away.
Discussions with various migrant groups will help define the exact make up
of the day, but key will be demanding an end to mandatory detention of
refugees, and to let the refugees stay.
