The Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs is presenting a
public meeting with the Philip Ruddock at 7-9pm on 22 November (next wed)
to discuss the Migration & Humanitarian Programs for 2001-2002, namely
'your views on Australia's population future, size & composition of the
migration program, ways of achieving economic & social objectives of
migration & Australia's Humanitarian program [or lack thereof]'.
For your personal chance to tell the Minister what you think about his
government's dodgy policies etc etc etc call 1800 500 707 - you have to
give your name, address, phone etc & they will mail you an invitation &
disclose the venue!
