"In celebration of 25 years of struggle for the Maubere people and a free
East Timor, the popular political front, known as Fretilin, will be
launching their new office in Trades Hall, Carlton. The event will begin
on Thursday December 7th 2000 at 7:30pm in the Old Ballroom at Trades Hall,
54 Victoria Street, Carlton, Melbourne. Tickets will be $10 at the door;
proceeds go to the much needed cause of keeping the Fretilin revolutionary
spirit alive in East Timor for the upcoming elections and other Fretilin
rebuilding programs.
Featuring on the night will be the "Mystics" and "Halibur" and other
