The Global Action alliance in Moreland is holding a public meeting to build
local networks and support for M1.

"Our World is not for Sale: Fight for Jobs and Community" will be held at
7.30pm on Thursday, April 26, at Brunswick Town Hall, corner of Sydney Rd
and Dawson St (tram 19).

Speakers include:

* Andrew Rowe, Moreland councillor
* Mark Gepp, secretary Centrelink CPSU
* Michele O'Neil, state secretary TCFUA
* Luke Van Der Meulen, president, Latrobe Valley CFMEU
* Jess Whyte, Refugee Action Collective
* Scott Kinnear, chair Organics Federation of Australia
* Ian Hunter, Wurundjerri member

The meeting is supported by Moreland City Council, CPSU members at Moreland
Centrelink, and the Refugee Action Collective.

There will be proposals for a Moreland M1 working bee to prepare for the
Stock Exchange blockade and union-M1 Alliance unity march.
