SKATV film screens in St Kilda Film Festival!

...and so it should! St Kilda Film festival people have graciously accepted
SKATV production Seaside Searching in their screening schedule this year.

Seaside Searching is a short documentary film which explores local
community and national identity in the Ports region of Melbourne. The film
is the product of the SKATV Centenary of Federation training project which
took place last year and features a range of people who live, work or come
from the southern seaside suburbs.

Seaside Searching reflects perspectives on issues such as race relations in
Australia, the environment and residential development which are rarely
presented in the mainstream media.

The film will screen on Sunday 3 June, 12 noon at the George Cinema in St
Kilda.
