Atomic Oz musical madness coming soon!

Hey there everyone!! We are writing to tell you about an awesome project
the WA mob are getting together -it's a national tour of the amazing
musical ATOMIC OZ, a fun, funky, festival, educational show about the
history of the nuclear industry in Australia. From September through to
December we will be on the road from University campuses to the city
streets of Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane and
Northern NSW to highlight a very crucial issue at a very crucial time
(coincidentally right before a federal election).

Nat, Benna , Olly, Paul (possibly Saritah!!) and Mar Buknell, the core WA
crew, will be recruiting extras to rehearse and perform at each location.
We are running on the inspiration of East Coast journeys with Cycling for
Sustainability, Global Greens conferences, Students & Sustainability, Indy
Media Circus, and much more. Our plan is to spend two weeks in each city
and do at least two performances (one at a University and another as street
theatre or at a venue with lots of people around - like Bondi beach on a
weekend)

A copy of the script (which is to be slightly modified further) is
available on the web at

www.aucwa.org.au/actions/atomicoz/

But to get this thing happening we need funding. We have worked out an
extremely minimalist budget: fuel, car maintenance, amplification,
pyrotechnics, set & props, hiring rehearsal spaces and performance venues
if needed, and everything in between.

So we want to give y'all an amazing opportunity to be part of this amazing
educational, inspiring, awesome project by sponsoring/investing in it. We
only need to get $100 from 200 people and we'll be sorted for the whole
trip - and if you can't afford that, every little helps make a big bit and
all help will be greatly appreciated.
