As you may be aware the Victorian State Legislature is proposing to pass a
Bill that will replace the current unlawful assemlies act 1958.

The "Peaceful Assemblies Bill" sounds like an improvement on the Unlawful
Assemblies bill. but is it???????? As part of a community development
course we be forwarding a collection of community comments on the issue.
This is still open to public discussion and I would like to invite you to
submit an opinion. It would be much appreciated
