Safe Haven traces the refugee experience of flight from terror in leaky
boats to the shores of Australia and on to the detention camps. This is
not the story of a refugee, but of how the Howard Government used this
refugee "crisis" for their own sordid political ends. The show blends
the drama of the refugees with scenes of the pollies, which produces
very funny satire.
Written by Frank Otis and Directed by Chris Gaffney, the same team that
brought you the very successful "S11 - The Dividing Line."
