Boycott the Birmingham Hotel
On Saturday the 20th of April, after letting them use the back room of the
pub for their meetings for a few months, the Birmingham Hotel on Smith
Street in Fitzroy hosted a gig organised by Blood and Honour Victoria, a
neo-nazi group. The gig was to celebrate Hitler's birthday. Blood and
Honour's swastika banner was visible from their Johnston Street windows.
Blood and Honour specialise in recruiting through the music scene,
particularly metal. Their graffiti has gone up in quite a few places near
the Birmingham, calling for a 'Racial Holy War' in this very multicultural
area.
Please boycott the Birmingham (on the corner of Smith and Johnston Street,
