Entry $10 - all proceeds from ticket sales to the new Asylum Seeker
Resource Centre in Thornbury. Supper included. Bar open
7.30pm.Commencing with a Koori Welcome, the Music Feast will be
officially opened by Darebin's Mayor, Councillor Vince Fontana. A night
of rhythmic celebration follows, with Sol de Portugal and the dramatic,
utterly danceable music of Africa and Latin America in a nightclub
atmosphere. Featuring the 8-piece "Soukos Ba Congo" and "Tumbarumba -
Samba School " and musicians from refugee backgrounds. Be prepared to
