LAUNCH OF THE SUICIDAL CHURCH
Caroline Miley's controversial book on what is wrong with the
Anglican church in Australia will be launched next Sunday December 1
at St John's Church, Toorak by Archdeacon Philip Newman.
Miley's criticism of the church is trenchant: Miley examines its
current failings, its culture of timidity, fear, racism, sexism and
homophobia that she says now cripples the institution. Yet she points
the way to how the institution can be reformed.
