A call to establish the Darebin Peace Network!
An initial meeting will be held Sunday 19th January, 4pm, at
the Resistance Center, 478 High St, Northcote. (near the corner
of High and Darebin).
We'll look at possibilities for our own local work against the
war as well as supporting the major initiatives of the movement
across the city, state, nationally and internationally.
One initial idea is a speakout against the war on Iraq at Preston
markets Saturday morning Jan 25th.
Also up for discussion is a regular time and place for future
meetings.
