Hi all,
Please find below the latest details for Sydney's International Women's
Day rally and march.
We are still in the process of confirming where we will be marching too
as it seems we may not be able to get permission for Hyde Park. Our
second option is Belmore Park (near Central train station). We will let
everyone know asap.
Stalls are available on the day. The cost is $80. If you would like to
book one, please let us know as soon as possible if you would like one
(feel free to email with your details).
Also if there are any organisations or groups out there who can help
with donations to help fund the organising of the day, that would be
fantastic as we are desperately in need of financial assistance (for
example, the sound system and stage for the day will cost around $1500).
Any help would be greatley appreciated.

Peace, Justice, Diversity, Solidarity - Women Against War and Racism
Saturday, March 8 - rally starts: 11 am
Everyone welcome at rally. Women-only march
Demands:
No war on Iraq, No Australian Involvement, Lift the Sanctions
Money for paid maternity leave, childcare, public education and social
services not warfare
Stop racist attacks on women and girls
Justice for Indigenous women
Free the refugees - money for settlement not detention
Rights for working women and our unions
Free Palestine.
