BRING THE TROOPS HOME
A family-friendly rally and walk for peace preceded by bell-ringing
throughout the city starting with celebration of Palm Sunday and prayers
for peace in English, Arabic, Hebrew, and Sanskrit.
The walk will be led by religious and civic leaders leaving from
Elizabeth Street beside Belmore Park and proceeding to the Sydney
domain. Speakers at the domain to be announced. Groups, families, and
individuals from across the state are invited to participate with
banners and flags.
The Palm Sunday Rally is sponsored and coordinated by the Walk against
the War Coalition and the Palm Sunday Committee.
