In the Netherlands numbering is either numerical all the way or spelled out all the way. No mix or change after a certain level. The numbering of persons in all languages is numerical all the way. This should be dealt with by the translators, I can't speak for every one. My preference is numerical. I will send this to the Dutch translaters and let them deal with it.
