Probleem opgelost met de hulp van Michele, Technical Support, Legacy Family Tree.
Plan C. You are going to have to uninstall and then reinstall Legacy. This will replace the actual program files. 1) Before you start, backup your files to a safe place, somewhere NOT in one of the Legacy folders. You won't need your backup because the uninstall does not remove the data files or the media files but it is always better safe than sorry. Now close Legacy. 2) Here are the uninstall directions. http://support.legacyfamilytree.com/article/AA-00677/12/Install-Uninstall/How-do-I-uninstall-Legacy-Family-Tree-8.0.html 3) Now download/reinstall from here http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/DownloadLegacy.asp You will be downloading the free standard version. Your license file does not uninstall so when you open Legacy it should already be the Deluxe version. If not, we can simply unlock it again using your customer number. Before you update, make sure you temporarily disable your antivirus/anti-spyware/firewall software as well as shut down any other Windows programs that are running. 4) Open Legacy and start using it. (zie bijlage) Wanneer je deze hierna weer aanvinkt is de runtime nog steeds weg, en komen inderdaad maar 2 hoofdpersonen met foto op de lijst. Helaas is deze fout weer terug als je Legacy opnieuw opstart. Lijkt me niet correct. Krijg een foutmelding 20002 bij het aantikken van media: Error 20002 - LEAD error invalid bitmap handle: If you have Legacy 8, with Legacy closed, browse into the C:\Users\<user name>\Documents\Legacy Family Tree\_AppData\Usr folder and delete the Legacy2.usr, Legacy5.usr, Legacy6.usr, Legacy7.usr, Legacy8.usr and Legacy9.usr files. There is no family data in any of these files, so deleting them does not delete your data. Upon start up, Legacy will recreate the files to their default settings. Browse into the C:\Program Files\Legacy folder and delete the Legacy.exe file. Run the Legacy update, which will replace the files you delete with new ones.
