It's an Evo that they will be sending me. Maybe if it gets here fast enough I'll be the first one to show a video of the chips flying :-).
I thought the conversation was good. For those have problems buying parts from Legacy, take the advice given and speak with Andy directly or John. As long as they know you own a machine they will fill the order according to John. After trying this and it fails, speak with me offlist and I will do what I can do to sort the issue out. Keep in mind, I'm not an employee of Legacy but I have phone numbers and a friendly ear on the other end. As far as this group being negative, I think we as a group have turned that attitude around. Don't you? I think I'm pretty clear that I don't want to discuss Legacy politics and that is a private issue between Legacy and yourself. I think self moderation in this area has been great. What I still would like to see is more question and projects being posted from our member. I've had 30+ new members this year that all said they wanted to learn about their machines, but they have never posted a single message. How can you learn if questions are not asked? Maybe it's a more personal question, what do I need to do to make this group better? -Tim ----- Original Message ----- From: curt george To: [email protected] Sent: Tuesday, February 05, 2013 4:28 PM Subject: Re: Who all was there? Yes I too was there. And enjoyed the talk. But I do not know, was it Tracy or Andy talking? I do not hear well any more, Voices and audio can get mixed up with back ground noises for me, so I don't always pick up all the details, even if it was stated clearly. Even after stating that. The speaker was pretty up beat, and I enjoyed hearing the views of the company from there/his, own mouth ,(so to speak.) It was a very fast hour. But it was fun. I hope if will happen again? ( know he said it would, but?) For the first time. I think it worked out pretty good. ;-) C.A.G. ----- Original Message ----- From: Brigitte Graham To: [email protected] Sent: Tuesday, February 05, 2013 7:18 PM Subject: Re: Who all was there? Curt, Gavin and I were there all the way through. An interesting discussion, Tracy made it clear the direction Legacy is heading. I guess it is called progress! I am not sure he is going to like to be nagged for spare parts when he is busy selling another Evolution. But he has now given us permission to keep trying to get his attention.
