that is a woodchuck, What's funny here is in the third picture you see a box, 
and in that box I see a steady rest , Ive never seen one like that before, ( I 
mean it looks factory made.) 
If you are thinking about buying this, the gears and motor are worth the price 
of the machine . The Wood Chuck has its problems, but it has its strengths as 
well. You could do worse
