Sorry Bill thats my fault. I'm pretty sure my welding ability on aluminum would be 0 I didn't even know you could weld with a regular stick welder?? "Now for welding aluminum 101 by Bill " Non the less the jig is awesome and sure has turned on my thinking hat. I have reached back out to Wood Haven though and pricing just the up and down for the Horizontal Router table so I would have threaded travel and a locking/sliding mechanix that would work. I also ordered 8 more tophat slides from Legacy (Cindy) along with some "T" blocks for my 1500, so some how I will get this to do what I expect it to do. Again Bill many thanks for sharing. Lets keep this subject going more feed back from others would be great.
