You could try
Search > Search and Replace.
You'd have to copy and paste the square. I think you may find it
represents different things.
Replace with nothing or a space - you may need to use a space unless they
are all at the end of the line.
Find where - I think you want the Source-Name
Read the other options carefully.
Unless you say: Replace all, you see some of the text before you need to
click Replace.

contains squares. I believe these corresponds to 'new-line' (returns) in
the original imported data.
Without re-importing the gedcom in a different manner, is there a way to
