This is a new error since I downloaded the latest Legacy, and it is troublesome. I am trying to use my laptop at the library, and I have no internet service. When I run Legacy, I get a pop up message that says "Web page unavailable while offline" "To view the page, click Connect." There are two buttons, Connect and Stay Offline, but I just get an hourglass, and cannot select either button. Legacy won't load, and I have to use task manager to close it.
Is this something with the latest version, or is it something to do with my internet explorer options?
