With Legacy closed, go to the Legacy folder on your hard drive. Delete the RptProbs.usr and the ProbsList.usr files. Then go to the c:\Legacy\Data folder and delete the PPL file that has the same name as your Family File. You should be able to create the report with no problem.

I am running Windows XP Version 2002 Service Pack 2. Legacy is installed on my laptop C drive, and my files are on a network which I access via the Desktop.
